today i had my napfa 5 stations! sadly...i fell during shuttle run! :( i grazed both my knees and bruised my knee! the funniest thing was, when i got up, my knees were so red that i thought i was bleeding badly! then when i went to wash my supposed wounds, i realised it was all track residue -.- but still, i have abrasions! my knees look raw and red. despite the setback, i managed to clock 10.9s for shuttle run when i did it again! hurray! next station was sit-ups, i barely got A before time was up! so slow, tsk tsk. and next up was... standing broad jump! my most proud station, but alas! another unprecedented failure! i was jumping in my socks... so... i slipped and fell on my butt! the first time in my life! gosh! (haha but my butt was like on the 200 mark, meaning i jumped quite far!) in the end, i jumped barefooted and managed to beat my own record! 213!!! can pass for guy's standard! :D :D :D sit and reach was uneventful and i got A, then... the dreaded inclined pull-up! i dunno why i landiao then i pull damn slowly and i got no strength! i think partly cos last station tired alr, and partly cos the position was a little awkward, but in the end i got a B on the dot, so not so bad!
i have 2.4 tmr =.= and my knee hurts a little :/
ahhh when too much work builds up i end up slacking and not doing any of them -.- escapism in its full glory.
as for ________, i'm keeping count, and when it crosses a certain point i am going to blow my top, i promise.
