i suddenly feel as if i am very shang1 heng2 lei3 lei3. my knee seems to have a permanent bruise from my fall in shuttle run, then just to test it out i knelt (omg at first i spelt/spelled(???) kneeled) for a short while today, and found that it still hurt!! then like now got this injured feeling, like the knee stuck and sore liddat :/ and, my right wrist is dying from practising tambourine, just now it kinda got stuck too, then i rotated it and got very loud crack sounds!!! the funniest thing is i'm not even rolling the tambourine with my right hand, i'm just hitting it! my left hand seems to be fine, (i seem to be inflicting harm on the tambourine rather than the tambourine to me, ohnoes, tabby-baby!) hahaha. aaand. my fingers are gonna get permanent bruises too, cos keep whacking the tambourine. and to a lesser extent cos practising piano on the school hard hard piano.
