i studied quite hard for bio today okay! the topics testes were: mitosis & meiosis bacteria organisation and control of prokarytic & eukarotic genome genetic basis for variation homeostasis yesterday after paper i came home and studied homeostasis and half of bacteria, i spent three and a half hours on homeostasis and two hours on bacteria! then today morning i went to school at normal time though it was an afternoon paper, and studied the whole day away! i finished bacteria, went through mitosis meoisis and genetics. then i was contemplating if i should give up on prok&euk, cos very large chunk, then i dunno anything about it at all, then like no time left. in the end, i decided to do random parts, like centromeres and telomeres, and cancer.
and you know what's the best??? this is what came out in the paper: structured-mitosis & meoisis, bacteria, genetics, homeostasis essay: (a) centromeres & telomeres (b) cancer
the best!!! everything i chose to study came out!!! then only got one 2 mark question on prok&euk. so by right you'd think i'm very happy with the outcome right?
i thought so too!!! when the teacher said 'put your pens down' i was writing random stuff for cancer essay, cos i couldn't remember exactly, then no time left, so anyhow write whatever points i remembered. so i very satisfied with myself, cos for once i only left TWO marks blank! or so i thought. when i flipped through the paper, I SAW THAT I LEFT ONE PAGE BLANK!!! BY TOTAL ACCIDENT!!! I DIDN'T EVEN SEE IT!!!
why is it that fate refuse to left me have a peaceful paper??? -.- the best, the best - it was the genetics question!!! genetics, of all topics! the one topic i thought was easy, the one topic i didn't even bother to spend too much time to study, because it's just not that hard! the best thing, i sat there staring at the paper, and the answers i actually know!!! how about one of it i just have to write 'epistasis' then i can get one mark! then identify which gene epistatic to which is 2 marks. and chi square! omg identify probability one mark and state conclusion 2 marks. not hard at all right! and i just threw away 6 marks like that! i might not even get 6 marks from my cancer essay la please! i was so utterly mortified!!! missing out pages is the kind of thing that happened to me in...primary one! goshhh!!!
after the paper steven was saying maybe he have to treat me ice cream already, cos he left 10 marks blank. i wanted to tell him HAHA i only left two BUT NO, i actually left EIGHT. -.-
but, cts are now officially over!! (: we can go around watching volleyball matches now! (except for 6 may, my syf!) hahaha!
