qn 1: well off. mixed up maclaurin's, binomial/rational index. 6 marks flown. qn 2: can do! maclaurin's. 8 marks, hopefully. qn 3: complex...a little dubious, though managed to do. 5 marks dunno if got it. qn 4: complex again, solve root for cubic equation. couldn't do at all haha. used wrong method. 6 marks flown. qn 5: ehhh. vectors. by right it shouldn't be a problem, then i stupidly didn't realise 'vector product' meant cross product. i went to dot it =.= (i) 1 mark should be there. (ii) 5 marks flown. qn 6: vectors again. planes. did it but dunno if correct. total 7 marks dunno how much i got. qn 7: P&C! <3 if i don't get the full 8 marks i will really scream until i get a sore throat. qn 8: vectors again... (i) & (ii) seemed okay, though i did it wrong at first. (iii) & (iv) anyhow, though i managed to get some answers. total marks 12; 2,4,2,4. qn 9: the dreaded differential equations =.= couldn't do at all. stuck at first step - substitution. 2 marks for showing, 6 marks for finding particular solution. 1 mark to suggest gradient as x-->infinity. i just anyhow say it tends to 0.
oh by the way the paper is upon 65. which means eveytime i say '6 marks flown' it's 10%. which is one whole grade.
hopefully hopefully, i won't get S this time.
on a sidenote, i have been happily studying bio! i finally realised today again why i even took bio, cos i really really like it! even though i always never listen in lecture, never do tutorial, never read the notes, dunno what is going on, dunno what the topics are about, then now i really go read the notes and i find it quite fun! :D okay even though i'm abit slow and only finished one and a half topics so far. but tmr is afternoon paper! still got time! (:
