a different environment, different company, different expectations, different attitudes. sometimes the change was good, sometimes not.
2008 was a year of ennui.
during school, after school, away from school. it was pointless, really.
2008 was a year of lessons.
i took absolutely nothing away from my lectures and tutorials in school, but i learnt many other new things. some lessons were new, refreshing; others painful, embarrasing. i may not have come out a better person, but at least i grow more experienced.
what does 2009 have in store for us? i wait in anticipation and apprehension. we shall face the coming year with more wisdom, more courage, more hope and faith, and it shall be a better year.
